The Hat

Erin Meehan is my roommate and a good friend of mine. She is obsessed with fashion and loves finding things that not everyone can wear. One day she comes home with a large floppy black hat and was oh so pleased with it! We decided that a photo session must be done surrounding this hat. […]

I am terribly sad that due to a very large and daunting History of Modern Germany midterm today; I was unable to take all the Halloween photos that I wanted to. Work and school make it very difficult to find time to do the beautiful and fun things in life. Oh and I forgot to mention sleeping. I enjoy getting my full 8 hours and will give that up for only a very few things in life.

Hopefully tonight I can still get a few shots. Well, back to studying for me! Enjoy your Halloween everyone and take lots of fantastic photos so that I can see and comment and pretend like I had the time to do the same this Halloween.

These photos are from a photoshoot done in August 2011. They were taken by Matsqui Park on the Fraser River in Abbotsford. It was a spur of the moment idea to go out on this beautiful day. I am so very pleased with all the photos that I got from that day! Please let me […]

Hello Again!

The posts before this are from when this blog was in it’s baby stages. I had actually forgotten about it for a very long time. I decided that I still love the pictures that I posted so I will leave the old posts up.

I am very excited to be back. I have been busy since I last posted. The next few posts will just be recaps of some shoots that I have done over the past year or so. Please comment and let me know what you think!

Much love to all,

Alley Ways

My lovely model Alysha Davis and I have done quite a few shoots and each time we do try to step it up and change something. This time I decided to go more urban that pretty and I am in love with the results. The shoot had many unfortunate things but in the end turned out to be perfect location and perfect lighting. Abbotsford that day had a strange amount of flies which were annoying beforehand, but the alley we chose to shoot in was home to 3 large garbage bins. The smell was awful and the flies were pests. It ended up being a lot of fun. So here are some of the best shots from the shoot.
